At Birmingham Martial Arts Centre we offer a fantastic fitness class for Ladies Only through Boxing.
This is a full body workout in a comfortable environment where you train alongside other women. Drop the kids off, stick your leggings on & come along for a 45 minute Boxing workout.

This class is excellent for developing power, balance and co-ordination. The skills you will learn at the Birmingham Martial Arts Centre will allow your confidence to grow for a continuous learning experience.
Our boxing classes will allow students to learn the basic skills and work their way up to achieve amazing body results. Through the practice of Boxing you will notice that your overall fitness, strength and stamina will improve. You body will tone up through the energetic workout required to practice Boxing. This form of exercise can help you lose weight and become more toned.
The nature and style of how we run our classes means that you do not need to be young or already fit to learn - it can suit all ages and all body types. Ladies of any age are welcome to join our classes.
At Birmingham Martial Arts Centre our instructors will teach you the necessary training and skills to Box whilst still enjoying yourself and getting a full workout.
